6. Liability Limitations

7. Confidentiality

We maintain strict confidentiality of your personal and financial information in accordance with our Privacy Policy and Australian privacy laws.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate the brokerage relationship at any time. Upon termination, you remain responsible for any outstanding fees or commissions earned.

9. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes will be handled through the Australian Financial Complaints Authority (AFCA) or relevant court processes as appropriate.
